SHIPPING
Orders ship between 2 and 7 business days of order confirmation, via our international partner DHL. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link, also available in your account area. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times (remote area list).
STORAGE
Keep your fragrance away from direct sunlight and heat sources: avoid the bathroom, where temperature swings can damage it. A closet is ideal, keeping temperature and humidity stable. For longer storage, the fragrance can also be kept in the fridge, in the least cold compartment. A natural change in colour over time doesn’t affect quality or concentration.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, no reason needed. Email shop@profumum.com with your order number and product; the return must then be shipped within 14 days of that communication. Products must be unused, intact, in original packaging, with tag and guarantee seal attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; refunds are issued within 10 business days after verification.
